How long is my first appointment, and what should I expect?

We don't take X-rays in the office, but if we determine X-rays are needed, we'll coordinate that separately to save you time and money. You'll learn about our approach and leave with a clear understanding of your care plan.

Yes, it's very safe with the Activator Technique since we don't use forceful manipulations. We use special pillows to support your pelvis so your belly can hang comfortably. Why do I need to come so frequently at first? Can't I just come once a month?

When we make corrections, your body wants to revert to its old patterns. Frequent visits help retrain your nervous system and brain to maintain those corrections. We typically recommend three times per week initially, and as your body stabilizes, we space visits out. We'll adjust your schedule based on your progress and response to care.
